Introduction: Which industry are you studying about and what technology? Why did you choose this?

Background: How has the technology developed? What was there prior to this? Is it a off-the-shelf product or customized? How much investment is required?

Organizational Use: How companies use the technology? Is training a serious concern? How will this technology be integrated with the various department? How the technology works? Any other concerns? 

Shortcoming: How this might go wrong? Any bad experiences using the technology?

Conclusion: Overall opinion of the technology and how it is used? Any other interesting facts/learning from this activity
